CRK delivery times

Hey guys, I ordered a Small Seb clip insert and a tube of grease from CRK about a week ago. I just sent an e-mail with credit card info and contact info. They took the money off my card for the order but I never recived a e-mail saying that the order has shipped. Just wondering how long I should wait before I contact them about it? Should I be worried?
 
Call 'em, they are very amiable on the phone.
My order had my initials engraved on my knife and it arrived a week before they said it would.
They'd be happy to make sure you're happy.
 
In the future, I suggest that you call to provide credit card information, instead of including it in email, which is comparable to putting it on a postcard.

In any case, I have a feeling that any delay is getting from the US into Canada, then to you.

your right I should be more careful, but I just wanted to get the order placed fast, i'm very impatient, I'll call them in the morning just to be sure. I know I can trust them.

The issue is not with each end of the email communication, but rather the packet sniffers between them. ;)

In any case, please keep us posted.
 
Don't be worried.

They have been short staffed due to Blade. I have a knife that was supposed to ship last Monday but shipped yesterday. Heather told me about the short handed situation.
 
Got it in today:thumbup: Man, I thought that tube of grease would be bigger. The clip insert really makes a difference to the look and feel of the knife. I was worried for nothing.
