i have sent out some questions regarding the lock on my sebbie like a week ago to the crk website but they wont wright back i have sent a couple anyone else have this problem
I've never experienced anything other than a timely return to my email. Maybe they are closed for the holiday. I'd just be patient if I were you. the CRK folks are incredibly dedicated and responsive to the needs of their customers.
Longest I've had to wait was 24 hours, and that was just once... usually I got an answer inside 2 hours.
It's either the holiday week, or a problem with the e-mail system(s) or their communication... i.e. one set of mails isn't getting though (spam filters?)
