CRK Exclusive Pricing?

What happened? Not mad about it, but I know I'm not the only one scratching my head and hoping to gain some insight...

BHQ Mnandi - was $400, now $575? Looks like the CRK site has wood models now listed at $500... CF is a $75 premium over natural wood?
BHQ LG Inkosi - was $550, now $665 without polish or at least glass blast seems like insult to injury? Would be $600 per the current pricing model unless CF alone is now a $65 premium over Micarta?
KC LG Sebenza Olive GCarta - $755? Per the current pricing, it would be $600 + $50 glass blast + $30 double lugs = $680. GCarta is a $75 premium over Micarta?

Anyone have any insight or social media posts I'm missing, or are dealers just shooting from the hip now to see what people are willing to spend?

Don't get me wrong, I understand prices go up and I'm all for CRK charging what they have to for what they put into these, but these exclusives beg the question.

Inflation, cost of raw materials, shipping, wages, benefits... Take your pick.

AFAIK the prices CRK sets are the minimums dealers are allowed to sell for. They can sell for more if they want to!

That is my assumption as well.

Those are (as noted) exclusives that were a significant financial commitment. I can't speak to the actual cost difference to other scale types; but let's not forget the draw of limited quantities to flippers. That whole supply and demand thing works.

Why should secondary seller reap all the profits?? Dealers have a LOT invested!
