Guys, after ordering up a spare batch of screws for my C/12 Seb 21 Large. I asked for a little tube of that grease that is supposed to be so special.
Guess what . It is .
Ive used rem oil with teflon which has been a no nonsense choice for the past few years. However after using that and one other on the CRK. I then took the knife apart and used the grease that they provide. It made the knife twice as smooth and after putting it on all the fittings very lightly as well as the tubes. Everything but the screws more or less. It has been fluid as liquid and I could not be happier. Lock up is not effected negativly and it only makes the lock up smoother if that is even possible.
All I can say is if you have not tried it. Please do. I cannot believe what a quality product it is. It really does work that much better.

I like It a lot as well. I feel it allows more control with application as well and doesn't require the same "clean up" around the edges like some other lubes.

Well said. Exactly how I feel.
Note that I have used every good teflon or white lithium junk on the market. It is a totally different animal if anybody is wondering.

Christo Lube as they call it.
I added it over a week ago and things only got smoother. I will use this exclusively on my CRK.

Isn't CRK's fluorinated grease essentially the same as Finish Line Extreme Fluoro?

That has been suggested. CRK does not make the grease, and they also do not say what it is they are rebranding. The same goes for Finish Line, which is also rebranding. The best guess is they are both a Dupont product, but no one can confirm, CRK ain't saying, and many forum members claim there is a distinct difference. My guess is any difference there is, is unlikely to affect performance.

I assume the little tube I purchased will last a long time. But I will look into the Finish Line as well. I never heard of it until now.
