CRK great sales staff

I sent to CRK's two sebs to reshapened.Both knives were purchased in 1997. Both were in good condition and in perfect working order.
For whatever reason CRK did not like the locking mechanism on my small reg seb and sent me a brand new model free of charge.
They claimed that he felt there was a warranty problem and replaced the knife.By the way it also came with there new style thumb ramp which I now prefer over the original.Anyway there staff could have been any nicer.

sweet! I really would like to check out the new style thumb ramp... I may have to buy another sebbi for that reason. You must have been psyched when you realized you received a new knife! CRK is the best!
