It's been a while since I've owned a CRK.... years since I sold my last Inkosi. Recently got a small tanto Magnacut Inkosi and am really happy that I did! First of all... Magnacut at 63-64 HRC! Incredible! Takes a really great edge and is relatively easy to sharpen. Plus I won't have to worry about rust. I noticed too that the screws didn't seem to strip out anywhere near as easy as they used to either (for reference, I once owned a Sebenza in BG-42, along with other CRKs over the years, so I'm familiar with the product). Recently found a thread about CRK making the screws in-house now and heat treating them. Very cool! I was wondering why my clip screw seemed to hold up better when taking the clip off and putting it back on. The old ones were like butter. Now if only the clip could be improved. I'm hoping the MIM clip might give me retention on thin as well as medium thickness pockets. That's the only minor complaint I need to address, and I'm hoping CRK got that issue addressed with the new clips. Way to go, CRK! I'm really pleased to have a CRK in my pocket again and the recent upgrades are very much appreciated! I hope you will all bear with me while I take a minute to voice my appreciation to CRK... Thank you for continuing to improve on an already great product!
