CRK Honduran Rosewood Display Case

As I posted earlier, I made a display case specifically for my collection of Honduran Rosewood Chris Reeve Knives. It is now finished and housing my small collection of these. I now need to find damascus versions of the HR to fill this up.
This case is made from solid Honduran Rosewood with small birds eye maple inlays on the mitered corners.

That is an outstandingly beautiful piece of work and a very appropriate way to display those particular knives. Congratulations on a great idea and a job very well done! :thumbup:
 
Absolutely Beautiful. Being a lifelong woodworker, I can surely appreciate the fine craftsmanship and time that went into making such a beautiful display case for your special CRK.
 
Thank you all for the kind words. I wish my cell phone pics were able to show how beautiful this HR wood is in person. It has much more depth and charactor than can be captured in the photos, much like the CRK knives themselves. The phone flach tends to wash it out. I need lessons on how to photograph this stuff like others on BF.
 
Jwolf90, (I recently made and Ebony Box). I'd like to see it if you have or don't mind taking a few pics.
 
Was just drooling over these beauties in the exchange and had to find the display case. I would love to have this set but, the timing is off (new house, xmas, car repairs...)... Very nice work.
