Just curious how many inlay versions are out there. Have seen the black canvas micarta, natural micarta, the aluminum SE, carbon fiber, but are there any other versions? Like wood/bone and such?

I know the inkosi is pretty new in its age so maybe in the future?

No, they have an exclusive Red Micarta version.

Ahhhh now we r talking my fav color is red. I just wished more companies would have used red G10 or more like birgandy/wine red. Nothing bright.

I want the carbon fiber inlay from BHQ but its never in stock. Patience is not one of my virtues.

I wouldn't get my hopes up on other materials other than what's being offered now.
The same thing happened with the 25. The other inlay materials are reserved for the 21.

From a user stand point imo a micarta is more than enough the rest r just eye candy. Im sure i will get some backlash for that comment ;)

Naw, you won't hear any complaints from me. Micarta is my favorite inlay.
Even though the other inlays are quite stunning, nothing says use me like micarta :)

I love the carbon fiber. Looks beautiful on the small Inkosi.

Yes it does, if only the slabs were blasted instead of polished, don't know if I'd own any other inlays besides CF and micarta.
But, alas I do have other inlays ;)

I love my large Inkosi and its natural Micarta inlays...

Maybe it's the lighting, but that ^^^ sure looks like red and not natural. haha

Looks great though, and I love the micarta insingo.

Well, you made me get up, open the knife drawer, and go get the box too, which won't hurt me any as I'm having a wicked lazy day. ;)

It's definitely natural and looks more tan-to-brown in daylight than under the incandescent in those pics. Thanks for the compliments. The Insingo is a work user and I'm gradually putting the Inkosi to more daily use. Those Micarta inlays just feel so great in hand.

They're the perfect color, IMO. Not quite tan, not quite brown, and not quite red. I'm digging them though.

And yes, I need some micarta in my life. I only have a plain 25. Truthfully, I've been holding out for an Insingo Inkosi in hopes they make one.

I picked up a large 25 last summer and it was my first Plain Jane. I was really surprised at how good it felt in hand as all my previous CRKs had been inlayed, CF, or Wilson Combat. I think about selling that 25 from time to time, but haven't let it go yet. It carries light and makes an excellent EDC user.

I'm with you on wanting and Inkosi Insingo. Wilson Combat large Insingo StarKosi for me!!!
