Hi everyone, new guy. Had a question about parts. Just started my collection and picked up a few here from the for sale area (see if any look familiar hehehe) and a few from BA/BHQ. Wanted to clean and on one of my used purchases I accidentally bent one of the washers while cleaning. Did not want to replace because it’s not exactly flat. Are parts available or would I have to send back to CRK? Just wondering, tia. Super knowledge here and sure someone can help. Got some pics before the “tear down”.

Not sure about all models, but you do need to send the Sebenzas back for washers to be fitted
Forms to send it in are on the Website and they are open Mon-Thurs if you need to call them.

Thanks, thought that might be the case. Notice that the Sebenza and Inkosi have totally different pivot setups. Will take to work tonite to try to figure something out with the damaged washer may be can straighten out very carefully. At least it's not broken just bent a little.

The rubber rings on my Unumzaan have worn out, does the CRK website sell replacements?

You can go to your local hardware store and get O-rings off the shelf.
I've bought Danco (brand name) .006...……...Danco #60 O-rings, 1/4" o.d.x1/8" i.d. x 1/16"
