Just got off the phone with Heather at CRK. Just a simple call to order a few parts and a belt holster for a Sebenza.

She was genuinely nice and sincere. She asked me a few friendly questions
like how long I had been a sebenza owner and so on. Imagine taking a few extra seconds to just be pleasant. I was totally charmed.

I really like the knife but I think I may like the company more.

Note to Chris Reeve Knives: Lots of people make nice knives. But well spoken, kind, skilled support staff are a rariety!! Keep it up, because as good as your product is ( Very darn good) Its your fine people and attitude that will
cause me to spend my "extra" money on more of your knives I don't realy need.

Proud owner of two Sebenzas.

Heather is always a pleasure to deal with. But then again everyone on the CRK staff has been great to deal with for me as well as everyone I know who has came into contact with them. A great product is only as good as the costumer support that comes with it.

I'd like to see a group photo of the entire CRK crew so that we can put faces to names! Anne, can you post this for us on the forums or on your website?

they have always given me first class service, very good people to do business with

I met Lisa and Paul at Blade West today. Great folks, very friendly. I was able to ask Lisa a few questions about how she does the unique designs and she was happy to tell me about her processes. :) She gave me the scoop on a two-tone mottled blue aodizing that caught my eye on the table. We also talked about horn and wood inlays. It was a lot of fun. :D
Now that I've seen what Lisa can do, I'm going to start refining my ideas for my own unique design and begin putting away a few $$ each month.

BTW, when I mentioned the Umfaan Lisa said that she too would like to see it's return or a mini-seb.

Personally, CRK raises the benchmark on customer service.

I can think of a butttload of companies that could benefit by taking lessons !

I have no problem spending my hard earned money on CRK products. Chris Anne and company are a pleasure to do business with. They are very responsive to the needs of their customers and take great pride in their product. I know that they are very busy but Heather and Mike will always find time to answer my questions and not make me feel like I'm stupid for asking them. My visit to their shop in Boise last summer was great. Mike took the time to show me around the shop and explain how they do things and never made me feel that I was a bother. IMHO money spent on their knives is well spent and I intend to continue to add to my collection as my finances allow. As a left handed knife knut I feel fortunate to be able to do business with such a dedicated grroup of people. The way Chris runs his company is a direct reflection on his dedication to quality and the atitude of his employees is an indication that he treats them well. He could probably sell more knives by increasing production and lowering the quality but he won't do it. To me that says a lot about his integrity. In this world where companies increasingly strive to cut costs to improve profits, CRK is a refreshing exception. I hope they stay in business for a long time and I hope they never change their way of doing things.

Very well put Scott.

I agree 100%, they are superb to deal with. But their stuff is VERY addictive   :D
