What is the most desirable knife in the CRK line as far as availability and price goes. I've seen mammoth bark ladder damascus and ones with gold coins as well. Whats the holy grail?

I think it depends on your taste.

For example a large mammoth inlay with damascus steel would be a popular choice.

For me on the other hand would like to get a "H" sebenza, one of the first produced by hand.

Holy Grail? For me it's the large classic Micarta inlay with serrations ground on both sides with a killer Tom Krein regrind to boot!:thumbup::D

I would assume one of them would be the zebra damascus anniversary edition Sebenzas.

Lycosa, The Um Num has the potencial to be the holy grail. If it turns out like I think it will then yes it will be the coolest CRK folder yet. My Micarta Inlay is tried and true.;)

For me the Holy Grail would be anything with Damascus and Mammoth Ivory or Mammoth Bark.

My "almost" Holy grail would be anything with Mammoth.

Oh. Did I mention I like Mammoth Ivory?:D And Damascus?:D

Check ou this thread: http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=449721 for mammoth inlay goodness!

I've got these already:

OK, there's also a Terzuola in the pic but who cares?

But I want more more more moremoremore!

Next I'll start looking for some classics with damascus/mammoth.

Kind regards,

Jos

I really like the usual damascus knives like the zebra skin and Bertie's snake skin damascus. A little Mnandi with either of those and some nice snakewood handles would be just fine for me :)

Also, CRK did a one-piece knife awhile ago with an insanely long blade, almost a sword, I wouldn't mind having one of those either.

I'd like to have a CRK custom. Start with a large regular Sebenza. Add an enlarged bearing pivot, dual studs to engage the slabs, an "Anso" finish on both slabs, factory swedge with slightly enhanced drop point and make the blade out of INFI.

Actually, I'd like a set of three of these; large, small and Umfaan. :)
