CRK scale and blade mods

I've been looking for someone to mod my CRK. I recently saw a popular user here have 'diamond plate' style scales (I'm assuming from some type of milling process). I also thought about adding a 'spydiehole' in the blade instead of the dreaded thumbstuds. I know, there is probably going to be a lot of backlash from purists, but I want to modify it to my personal preferences.

The CRK Sebenza 21 came from the manufacturer with the diamond plate pattern. It's actually a "reverse" diamond plate- the diamonds are cut down into the titanium rather than being a raised pattern.

I'd be very impressed if someone can mill a consistent, symmetrical diamond plate pattern without computer operated machinery. And I would assume that with or without such machinery it would be rather expensive.

Gotcha, I didn’t know that! Thank you for the info
