I have a large Sebenza 21 that has been my 50% of the time EDC. I've used it on and off for the last 8 months. That being said I did baby it. Used to cut cardboard, sandwhiches , myself, and a few other light things. Definitely not abused. I'm only selling because I just purchased a large micarta sebenza and I don't need two of them.
The finish on the knife is what I call pocket washed. There are no surface scratches just marks where the bead blasting has been worn. I tried to capture it with the photos but it wouldn't come out with the lighting. So be advised there is more wear to the finish then the photos show. A trip to the spa and this knife would look new except for where the thumb lug is. The Blue anodizing is slightly worn which will happen to all anodized thumb lugs. The blade is stonewashed and I dont see any scratches on it. Lockup is approximately 60% which was where it was when I bought it. It hasn't moved a bit. It is perfectly centered. Lockup is perfect and it is buttery smooth. Just cleaned and lubed it. I have sharpened it on a sharpmaker once and have maintained it with a strop since. The bevel is still perfect. I've done my best to honestly describe this knife. If your looking for a great sebenza that you will use this is perfect and you can still send it to the spa if you want.
