CRK Sebenza question!

Don't own a 25 but watching dissembly on YouTube it looks like the stop pin and rear standoff are different. Looks like screws from both sides are male, and screw in to the stop pin and rear standoff from each side. As you mentioned pivot is also much larger than the 21.
