Just wanted to pass my recent experience with CRK with everyone.
I'm a clutz, and stripped the hex on my small Sebenza's pivot bolt.
I emailed CRK, inquiring about purchasing a new one.
Bridget sent me some nice emails, stating that lots of folks tend to strip the bolts, and offered to send me some replacements free of charge.
They arrived in a couple of days.
Let's hear it for Bridget in customer service for cementing my love for all things CRK! Hopefully I will be able to add a large Sebbie to my meager collection consisting of my small Sebenza and Green Beret knives.
Now, figurin' out how to get the stripped bolt out.......
