Bryan, great pics, I wear my pancake sheath the other way, even knowing your way is more secure.
I put my belt over and through the first loop, then behind the back of the sheath and then out through the other loop and over and out. For some reason its more comfortable for me. But that's only my choice, its like a watch! left or right wrist. :D
Glad to see your putting a lot of use on that aviator! and I appreciate all your pic's:thumbup:

Thanks for the pic. I like the way you run your belt over the whole assembly as opposed to only the loops. Well done.

It seems to be more secure the way I have it, but I have tried it both ways.
Take care,
Bryan

A V-shaped pancake sheath is in my opinion one of the nicest sheaths ever to be made or incorporated with CRK's knives.

Beisser, I have had some compter problems and have been down for over a week I will try to redue the pics here shortly of the pouch and the contents.

Beisser the pics are up now of the knife and pouch. hope this works.
Take care,
Bryan

P.S. We it is posted under the first page before you go to the manufacture link. The name of it is the "EDC of knife and PSK."

I really dig this thread...why? Cause here's a guy that really uses his knives! This is the guy who you ask "what's the best user in the field?". Ya know you're going to get a opinion based on experience!

Right on bro...nice setup and cool to see someone who actually uses what he buys. BTW...your wife's knife is a Project II ?? Ohhh man that's soooo cool!!!

Soltice, thanks for the comments. The Shadow III is a nice every day carry knife for me because it is simple, feels good in my hand when using it,low profile in the sheath, can be used with a batton if need be, and makes the really nice fuzz sticks for when I have a fire. It cuts wonderfull and has a compartment to store some stuff to make life alittle more comfy if I was not able to make it home for the night and had to make fire, shelter, and provide food and water or possible self defense I feel I could. Having a fixed blade knife and sharpener, a flint rod and cotton/pj mix, hooks and line, some needle and tread makes me feel a little for self secure for those what if situtions happen. OR if I just where to run away. WHAT you say runaway:eek:  Who has not thought of runnig a way to live like Tom and Huc. or some mt. man? (NUSSMUK maybe)
Take care all,
Bryan
