CRK Ti-lock blade lockup

I just got a new CRK Ti-lock. Love the knife. I have a question for anyone that has one, or used one. When the knife is open, I can push the blade a bit downward due to the flex in the blue spring. Every other direction is solid. Is this normal?

A little flex is totally normal and by design I think it helps prevent a lock failure from what I see. I'm talking a slight visual nothing I can feel unless I force it . and I won't. Use away my friend! Thanks for the birthday wish. It will be a year next month that I have carried and used mine for everything under the sun.
