Recently I accidentally cut through a couple of staples when I was using my small Sebbie to break down a box. I'm fairly good with a Sharpmaker but the pitting to the edge/blade looked more severe than what I thought I could repair. So I contacted CRK and asked what the turnaround time would be if I sent my Sebbie in to be re-sharpened. Bridget emailed me and said the turnaround time would be one week from delivery at their door back to mine. Well the Sebbie arrived in Boise last Friday and when I came home this morning from running some errands there was a UPS box setting on my porch. Exactly one week later to the day. When I examined the Sebbie I noticed that not only had the blade been sharpened to a hair popping edge but it had been polished as well. Also, the kind folks at CRK had tied a new lanyard for me. I took the original lanyard off after I got the Sebbie and had later regretted having done so. But I had not mentioned that to Bridget. I guess that's just CRK's way of adding an appreciative touch. Boy what service!!!
