Just wanted to post this in the forums because I know there haven't been many warranty requests for inlays because, well, there aren't usually any problems regarding the inlays. So this is for the reference of other members in the future, don't be afraid to use your inlaid knives! CRK will take care of you!
I had a warped inlay on a Mnandi that was somewhat peeling off (you could push the inlay down and it would fit flush again), so I sent it in to CRK 5/16 and got it back today 6/21. About a month turn around, from when it left my hands and returned back to me. I think it would have been a bit shorter turnaround if the good folks are CRK weren't distracted by Blade a few weeks ago.
You can see in this picture the end of the inlay is a little raised and there is a black gap where the inlay should be flush with the handle.

I was told CRK would try to repair the inlay, and if they couldn't they would put in a new inlay for me. It turns out they couldn't repair the inlay so they replaced not only the damaged side but also the perfectly fine inlay on the other side as well so I now have two new matching inlays. Could not have asked for me. On top of that, they threw in a blue CRK cloth and refunded my original shipping cost.
The new inlays are more burled and even more beautiful!

I am a happy camper. If that isn't top notch customer service, I'm not sure what is.
Side note:
They also updated me to the new pivot hardware that is flush with the inlays, this was an older Mnandi (you might have noticed since I took the clip off) that had a slightly larger pivot that wasn't flush with the inlays. I'm hoping to get back my original pivot set since I am weird and like the older one more, but either way it was a nice touch.
I wish I had taken more pictures of the Mnandi before I sent it in so you all could see how much nicer the inlays are now, but alas I was silly and didn't that. Oh well.
