Hey Tom, or whoever is from this website. I am sorry to post here but I know you read these forums. I have sent you a couple emails and sent an inquiry from your website with no reply over the past month. So....could you please send me an email or a pm or something, I have a question about my RC-5 pre-order

Thank you

Yeah. I'm sorry but this seems like an attack veiled as question to the distributor. Commentary in support of, or against any company in a public arena should be straightfoward and voiced only if the person voicing the opinion is sure of that opinion, and has first taken his grievance up with the party who he is complaining about.

How's about phoning him?

From the CRKS website: Toll free 1-866-650-5550

thanks bud, I dont know how i missed that phone number. I looked for it.

and gottahaveit27, I don't know what you're trying to say, but sorry if the question came out wrong, I'm just trying to get a hold of the guy.

If a company has not answered an E-mail about a preorder in a month and it has actually been that long and a representative from that company is known to frequent some "public arena," it's absolutely legitimate to voice a concern and basically request said representative to contact the person. If the E-mail had been answered, this would not have been posted, period.

Not really true in my opinion. The problem is that email is too easily missed or messed up in this day and age with the amount of junk out there. Actually this morning I was going through my junk mail before I hit delete and found two messages from CRKS in my spam folder, though I have got other messages from him fine. I get 100 or more spam messages a day at times and I do not even use email that much! I can only imagine with a publicly facing address it gets much worse.

I email but do not take it personally if I get missed with a business, if I really want to reach someone I'll call then I can start to take it personally. I work in IT so believe me when I say I do not trust email very much! :D

Hope the OP gets his question answered quickly!

I agree that Tom is not very responsive to e-mails. However, I imagine he/they get overwhelmed with lots of e-mails. Just give him a call and put it to bed.

please guys, don't look at this thread the wrong way. I think very highly of this store (obviously, from my pre-orders) I just couldnt find a phone number or any other contact information. We're good now. To those of you who find it offensive or wrong that I posted this, sorry, just ignore it and the thread will disappear.

EDIT: NVM guys, the information was in my shipping notes on my account in the website. Should have checked there first, my bad
