Hi everyone,
can someone tell me if the E-mail adress on the CRK website is still up to date?

And how long would it take for them to answer an e-mail (approximately)?

Yes, that is the correct email.

Response time is a little hit or miss. I have had same day or a couple days/more. If the question is not straightforward they will take the time to be sure the answer is correct before they email you back. Or they are really just backed-up. They always answer the phone too if you want to go that route.
 
I spoke with Heather a week or so ago. They are in fact backed up. I've never really had email work for me, though usually I ask questions that are difficult to answer. I'd suggest sending another email.

Calling them will be out of the question,since I live in Holland.
I sent the e-mail a couple of days ago,but I can understand the fact that they are busy!!!
I will wait a couple of days more and then I'll re-send the e-mail!

Raoul, i sent a few mails and had always a reply the same day.

Hahaha....,yeah...,I guess I should've said it in another way...:D

Phoning from my cellular to the US will be mucho costly,so I prefer sending an e-mail.

I sent one on the 24th,but I'll wait a few more days before I re-send it.:)

Don't worry, they will respond. Anne told me once that they get a couple hundred e-mails a day including a fair amount of spam. Calling would be expensive but it would give you instant gratification. CRK is a relatively small shop which means that Heather is really busy. I find it very refreshing that when I call them I actually talk to a person and not a machine. Be patient my friend, you will be taken care of!:thumbup:
 
I have been exchanging email with them recently and it has been taking 2 or 3working days for them to respond to my emails.
