CRKT 2014 RMJ Hawks

a cheaper version of the shrike made by crkt (or any other good company) would be amazing!

this!

ETA: If the handles are fit to the CRKT trads better than Cold Steel, though, I could see myself getting one or both of these. Even though I'm more of a modern tomahawk-er.

trade mark on a traditional hawk... no, thanks... I keep sticking to CS when it's about mass produced traditional hawks.

Interesting, and not what I expected to see. With the steel and price point, I could see this giving Cold Steel a run for their money.

Meh, they just don't do much for me….. Is it just me or does the grain alignment on the handle of Chogan in that picture look horrible? To me it looks 90* but I guess it could be the angle of the picture.

Quite expensive when compared to Cold steel.
But allways some new designs - more modding possibilities.

If the picture is a true representation of what the finished product will be, I think it will be worth more than the CS hawks just in material. The eye looks stronger and the material all looks to be thicker. I hope the finish is as nice as they show in this picture as well. But, I doubt it, since it will be mass produced. CS's quality is so variable, but easy to modify. I hope these will leave it optional. I hate being ashamed of a finished product I just bought.

Seems like a design most will have to grown on to love. Looks neat but not a fan of modern and traditional mix and match.

I really like the overall profile of the Kangee, but prefer the smoother transition through the eye of the Chogan. I guess I'll wait and see what they look like when they actually hit the market, but overall, I think it's a good thing for CS to have some competition in the price range. Remember, the prices shown are MSRP, and given the $185 price on the full tang versions, these could be below $50 at retail centers.

Yeah, I got my full tang version for around $100 including shipping. So I hope these hit below $50 as well.

I think these have potential. I like the looks of them but without holding 1 I just cant make an informed decision....i just hope its not a huge let down

I'm honestly pretty excited about these ill more than likely get 2 of each 1 to leave stock and 1 to mod
