Not sure why Columbia river isn't in the list of knives but, does anyone have a review on the knife ?
I want to get a crkt m21 as just got done watching a video on how sharp the blade stays even when cutting carpet, wood, rope, plastic, paper etc and it held an edge. Does the 7085w do the same ?

Interesting handle...

I'm guessing that something this big and fancy won't be going with you to work. If you want an impressive EDC, it's a good way to get one for a reasonable price.

Unfortunately, my experience with CRKT is that they have trouble getting the heat-treat right. I have Columbia River knives that get nearly shaving sharp, and some that simply won't hold an edge.

If the hardest use you intend for this knife is cutting cardboard, it should be just fine. If you intend to take it out in the world and get it slopped up, I would look at something else.

Any recommendations made a separate thread. This thread can be deleted.
