CRKT Bear claw and sheeple

has anyone had any experience carrying the CRKT bear claw clipped on the outside of the belt (shirt tucked in)? does anyone give you funny looks or do they even notice? also, i haven't found anything against open carry of knives in texas state law. can i assume that this is legal?

I carried one for a while. It was too heavy for neck carry so I carried it clipped to my belt, and never got any weird looks (at least where I live).

Gotta love the Bear Claw. I put a Strider wrap on mine after removing the scales. I don't seem to get looks even with a Stider TAC GB In a Kydex rig horizontal on the front of my belt.

what's the best way to attach it to your belt? the clip won't hold the sheath on when unsheathing the knife.

mercop, why wrap the handle? the scales seem to fit the hand so well. do you like it better wrapped? what kind of cord did you use and where'd you get it?
