First thing, go right now to
www.eknifeworks.com and search under "columbia" for the available models. They have them for $9.99 and $12.99, much cheaper than AG Russell, but some models are sold out. I just got the Red Dog from there a few weeks ago. Best money spent on a knife (until I got my Mirage from the same place a week later, also on closeout

I think the reason they are discontinued is they now have the Summit series, which looks to me to be almost the same knives, with slight style differences. The biggest difference is the addition of the LAWKS feature.
Pros:
- very solid lockup
- grooved thumb ramp
- ergonomic stud placement & handle cutout
- solid feel overall
- nice blade profile
- sharp
Cons:
- it is a heavy sucker, even with the drilled handle
- no moveable clip
- stud is right hand open only
- color of clip & handle are not low-profile
They are pretty knives, and I carry mine with jeans, it's just too heavy to carry in casual office dress. I don't know if I would pay Rusell's prices, only because it's heavier than I like to carry, but at Smoky Mountain, they're definitely worth the <$13 they cost.
