CRKT Companion+On/Scene Tactical Sheath=a good combo

hi - recently got a CRKT Companion, and while i loved the knife i cant stand the sheath(s) - got a custom sheath today from eric at on/scene tactical, and it is a winner - made the blade easy to carry, more concealable, etc - the sheaths that come w/the knife are cheesy plastic things that look like they are made by a 10 yr old imho - the new custom sheath is much nicer, and very professional looking - CRKT could learn a thing or 2 from eric on sheaths - i really like the combo now, while before, w/the factory sheaths, i would not have used the knife as EDC, now i am.....

Hi Sifu1A.

I love mine as well. Great fit. My son was looking at mounting the old CRKT sheaths in his jeep. I could probably think of some other spots to mount the old sheaths as well. As long as it's not on my belt!

Hank and I paid one Companion knife. Doubt he needs any more.

I too really like Eric's sheath. A lot.

the sheath is $28 total, shipping included - he does not have pics on his website of this model (i couldnt find 1 anyway) but if ya EM me i will give you his address ....if you have a CRKT companion, and just the OEM sheaths, do yourself a favor, and get 1 of erics - they are #1 for this knife in my book - the sheath makes the knife much more comfy to carry, much more secure, just head and shoulders above the OEM unit imho-here is his EM, i cant find his website addy right now - ericn@mnsi.net....

I'm happy that you guys like the sheaths.. The companion is a great knife to work with and makes a pretty decent sheath..

Paul I apologize for not setting up the sheath for you,,Force of habit shipping them in that position...

It was probably for the better though.. This way you see first hand what the sheath is actually capable of positional wiZe Anyhoo..
