Crkt e-lock

Houdy... anyone have much experience with the CRKT E-Lock Knife, Bronze, Part Serrated, CR-7333 knife..is this more of a hype knife or gimmick or is this one of crkt few decent knives?
 
It's designed by Allen Elishewitz. His custom E-Locks are sweet. CRKT version has nice execution, but poor steel.
 
Solid as a rock. And with a proper spring easily converted into an auto. Just like Pharaoh and Anubis.
