Just recently picked up a CRKT Enticer for a great price, wanted to share some pics with everyone, and also a video preview I made of the knife. Enjoy.

Love the blade shape

thumbdisc deployment - pushing the thumbstud releases the safety and the assist takes over

Right hand tip down carry only, a theme too common with CRKT knives :grumpy:

but the clip is nice and wide, easy to slip into pocket since the handles are not grippy like g-10.

Size comparison to Kershaw Skyline, blade on the Enticer is slightly larger, and Enticer weighs a bit less.

I'm thinking this will make a great EDC folder, CRKT is really showing some great stuff off this year, I hope they keep it up!

Good review, thanks! Rarely does a CRKT knife catch my interest but that Enticer looks....enticing. Great blade shape. Good looking pocket clip too and right side tip down is just the way I like it.

The only other CRKT knife that currently has me interested is the Shenanigan. Do you have any experience/thoughts on that model?

I've got one, plain edge w/camo handles. I've also got the Endorser and the Ripple. While I really like the other two, the Shenanigan is just OK. There isn't anything wrong with it, it just feels cheap. Really, there are a lot of positives to the knife. It is substantial, sits OK in the pocket (RH, tip down, non-adjustable), easy to grasp, opens and closes relatively easily with one hand (although it could have benefited from the IKBS system).

There are a few minor F&F issues, but nothing significant (ex: the spine of the partially enclosed body looks the it was broken off rather than nicely cut, rough finish on the end of the spine). It functions as it should and is certainly worth the pittance that CRKT charges. But I guess that after my experiences with the Endorser and the Ripple, I had expectations set too high for this knife. Still, subjectivity aside, it is a nice knife. A good knife for use in the field with the only issue there being the partially enclosed body. I'm fond of open body systems for knives that get the kind of use that require cleaning. Looking at this knife, its size and design, it is not a gentleman's knife, but a working knife. I doubt that I would buy it again, but I also wouldn't fault someone who was taken by the knife and its design.

Still, mine will likely spend most of its life in its box. Again purely subjective, but it simply doesn't stir my desire to get it out and use it. YMMV.
