CRKT Hammond Cruiser help?

Just got a Hammond Crusier.
Super tough detent, hard to open the thing.
Than if I adjust the pivot I get blade rubbing the liner. Its already close to rubbing as it is.

Any tips?
 
I got one and It opens almost as if it was assisted, I am fairly certain somethings weird with yours.
 
Yeah , I have a few of them and they all open pretty smooth with the flipper.

If you're trying to adjust the pivot you should tighten it to the point where is won't open and then back it off in small increments. Literally 1/32" at a time until the blade deploys smoothly.
