You talking about the M16 Desert Cruiser?

If so, it's a big knife, bulky, strong with a chisel grind on the left side (not good for right handers) and bumpy serrations. It's an excellent combat knife, but not great for civilian carry unless it's going to be carried mostly outdoors. I gave one to a Marine headed for Iraq and he loves it.

I've owned and carried three. One Desert and two Hammonds. They are pretty good knives. Pretty large, and not flat at all. Very comfortable handles. The not serrated hammonds arent chisel ground.
That being said, i think you can do better for the money.

I have one. Great knife, more suited to utility or woods carry than office/around town. Great value. I use it for camping, light hiking.
