CRKT Ignitor T: possible to remove ti nitride?

I know the Ignitor doesn't set the world on fire, but I think there's a place for this $40 piece in my particular rotation.

I'd like the "T" for the black scales but it comes with a titanium nitride blade finish.

I don't know anything about the finish, and I'm sure there are benefits, but I'd prefer the polished appearance of the blades in the non T ones.

Can this be removed/polished to the appearance of those in the non T knives?

I already asked CRKT just on the off chance and they won't customize one per request.
