Interesting. From past discussion on the forums, it seems that K110 is Bohler's D2 equivalent.

Love it.

Ken Onions designs may be tough to sharpen but they feel really good in hand, I have an Echo it is a good little knife.

Looks pretty gorgeous! Plus it looks like it could make a good user: no recurve, comfortable looking handles...

Too bad it's CRKT. :(

There is nothing wrong with CRKT, they seem to have upped there game lately... They finially ditched AUS4 so that is a step in the right direction. I believe in the direction they are heading CRKT won't be a company you can laugh at anymore. They have released many good knives, S2, Wasp, Wield Weasel, Ripple, Eros and now this. I am hopefull that CRKT may regain its status as a good knife company again! :D

I think the knife looks good although I don't really like a lot of printing on blades. I have a Ken Onion CRKT fixed blade called the Vertigo which came out quite a few years ago. I recently modified the kydex sheath it came with, by removing the integral belt attachment and putting a Syderco G-clip on it, for inside the front pocket carry. I think both knives are well designed although I'm sure a lot of people will dismiss both out of hand because of the steel quality.

I just got mine in today. Very nice F&F. Sharp. No blemishes as far as I can tell. Nice leather sheath. For the price I paid I am very satisfied.

I really like how that knife looks. I just can't bring myself to buy one though; it seems like a waste of a really nice knife to use it for the occasional box opening.

I'd like to know which dealer carries this limited micarta handled run. any pricepoint?

I love the design. Hopefully CRKT will come out with a more economical (but still using good materials) version. I would probably not want to use something that pretty, not to mention it's 'limited edition' status.

I've seen it at a few sites that 'works' somewhere in the 'center'.:D That's all I can say without getting in trouble!

This is a serious hunter and one I designed for me personally. It is without question the best hunter I have ever used and has been through several tweaks over the years to refine it what it is now. The sheath is pretty sweet also.

I have a real simple way of deciding on a knife purchase, Ken. If you designed it, I buy it. I think your co-lab with CRKT is going to cost me some. :D

Apparently I'm the only one that doesn't like this knife. It's too chubby, and I dislike the text on the blade.
It's not bad though, but I wouldn't hit it.

Does anyone know if CRKT has any plans of making a more economical version of this knife?
