The Classic K.I.S.S. is meant to be used in the same way you would use a standard pocket knife. I would not use it for defensive purposes or to do heavy duty cutting chores. I have a K.I.S.S. and a Deliliah's P.E.C.K. and I like to use them when I dress up as a money clip.
