i have one, but the tanto shape is not very useful for my daily purpose, but then, this was not meant as an utility knife as its primary purpose. For now, it stays in one of my BOBs.
CRKT's catalog warns against carrying this kife tip-up. Can it be carried tip-up without coming open in your pocket? This question has kept me from buying one. Any experience with tip-up carry for this knife?
I like mine and I think it makes a fine general purpose knife. It is easy to resharpen and IMO one of CRKTs better offerings. I do not carry mine very often but I am putting it in my pocket right now because of this thread.
I like the way tis looks, but never got around to getting one. Is it still in production?
Will see what the general thoughts are . Good post sharp k, what about it makes you smile?
I had one and then gave it away, had a great feel in the hand and rode well in the pocket. I definitely would buy one again or recommend it without any reservations.
Yep, I really liked this one's grip and ergonomics, as well. The blade shape isn't my favorite, but trying new blades expands one's horizons and perceptions
I have one and infact when I do carry it, I always carry tip up. The blade lays up against the seem in my pocket, no chance of opening. My only regret with this knife is that it is partially serrated. Other than that it is a real stout utility blade. Still in my top 5 edc knives.
