CRKT M21-14/04: Discontinued?

Apparently so. They've disappeared from Columbia River's website catalog. But why? These were great knives. They have an M21-14SF which has two flippers and is totally black, but the gray ones look like they're taking their last gasp on eBay. Also, none of them have autoLAWKS, which means the decision to phase them out was made some time ago.

I've always been sorry they didn't make a titanium version of this knife. As much as I like tantos, I always thought the spear point was more versatile. The new knives are more expensive than what I'm willing to pay, and I'm not crazy about the top flipper.

Anyway, I'm sorry to see them go. It caught me by surprise.

I love those blades, a lot more than the tantos. guess I'll have to pick up another 04 while they're still easy to find.
