CRKT Minimalist Tanto vs Keramin?

Anyone have experience with both? Which would you choose if you had to buy just 1 and why?

Well... for what use? Actually, that standard question may not apply. I can't imagine any practical use for either of these blades. The bottom one at least could be used as a knife in a pinch.

For EDC I would suggest the Wharncliffe model. It is functional and useful, not so much for the two you pictured.
