CRKT Pharoah or Kershaw JYD II?

Ive read all the info I can find on these two so which you you buy? Kershaw JYD II with the D2 edge? Or the CRKT Pharoah?

Im just hankerin for a new EDC.

The Pharaoh does have a definite coolness factor to it, but the materials are just not as good as the JYDII CB IMHO. I prefer G10 over Zytel and CPM D2 over AUS8. But that is just me. Get the one you like, if you are happy with it then it is the right choice. Or just get both if possible.
