i have a K.I.S.S. knife and i've lost a few of its' screws through the course of wear and tear. i was thinking about sending it back to the factory to see what they would do about it. any advice? any experience?

thanks

If a few loose screws is the only problem why not ask them if they could send you a set of replacement screws, it would probably be quicker and cheaper.

I lost a teflon washer from a CRKT when cleaning, they sent me a new set no problem. Just make sure you have the right model # when you call.
