CRKT Ripple first production

Huh. The Veff flat top could work. It's very similar to the serrations that ESEE (?) put on some of their knives, the main benefit being that they don't require any special finagling to sharpen. I've had enough experience with serrations to decide that I would rather have a plain blade, but these look like a better example than most.

Could we have some pictures.....?

I have a couple Ken Onion knives and they're ok as sub $100 knives go but I feel like if you've handled one of his designs you've handled them all. This looks like the same old same old without the speed-safe and under different branding. Not dissing his knives but this isn't anything I'd buy at $80, especially not in 8Cr14MoV.

uh, ok yeah serration work.
if you really have a use for them.
figure im not the only one
more inclined towards plain edges.
serrations are an additional pain
to maintain when there's a need to
granted that the veff has fewer to attend to
what with its wider spaced serrations
but of course using anything goes againts
the primary intention of keeping mint a
collector's model.
having such radically different serrations
does add character to the appearence
of a knife as much as it it becomes a
distranction to the overall look of
the product.
beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
just my 2 cents.
