Just picked up another from an ebay vendor for cheap. This is the large pe version. I'll tell ya for a 50 dollar knife it is a helluva deal. Robust frame lock and ats34 steel in a very ergonomic package. I have probably owned as many S2's as I have CQC7's and that is more than a few. They make great stocking stuffers or gifts for friends without breaking the bank. Nough said, keepem sharp

yeah its a titanium framelock isnt it?

Correct....I have a small, medium and large S2. They are the only CRKT knives I own and they are quite nice. Ti handles....ATS-34 blades....solid frame lock.

If you look around, you can still pick these up for a good price as the OP did. They are getting harder to find though so grab one up if you see it.

They would be Really nice if they came with a chisel grind!!! jk. :)
Great folders!

Yeap , I check the bay every other day for used ones. I won a small SE about 2 months ago but the USPS pocketed it for me.. :grumpy: ah well... Really thinking on scoring another large PE , I really wish that I would have scored more than one when they were on that crazy sale a while back , for what like 25$ ?
I currently have a small and large PE , both customized , the small is clipless and my EDC in my left pocket - perfect little chore knife.

Only thing I say in the neg is , my small one , the blade must be on the hard side because that is one of the few knives I own that is a PITA to sharpen and I can bring a dull as dirt knife back from the dead with a couple stones and some oil.
