Yes I said CRKT :eek: . I just bought a SEALTAC from a forum member and the catalog that came with it shows a low cost version of the Sebenza. Anyone else know of these? Probrably been discontinued for some time now. :confused:
 
I believe some protos were made, but it never went into production.
 
Never made it into full production. Dexter Ewing posted some pics a while back of a set that was in the CRKT offices, and a member of the forum has one with an Eddie Baur logo. They might pitch in and post the pictures again.
 
they should try to get it going again with the new CRKT flagship materials. I mean, I'm sure Mr. Reeve would just looove to have his piece de resistance forged from 420J2 potmetal. :rolleyes:
 
Glad to know that they didn't make production. I would have been ticked off to find out that I missed buying one.
 
I saw them at the Blade Show that year. They were horrible. It was a combination of bad material choice and poor execution. CRKT was new at the time though and I think they learned some lessons on that attempt.
 
i'm not surprised that the one picured bears the Eddie Bauer logo. have you seen some of the utter trash that bears that stamp? take a look at the knife section in Target.
