I'll admit to having a penchant for gimicks. Having said that; I'm wondering if anyone has had a chance to handle one of these yet?

Does the knife appear to be durable enough for everday use? I know the blade steel may not be as durable as some of the standards of the day but I'm curious as to whether the frame and construction principal is solid enough to handle moderate cutting chores, such as long cuts in cardboard. I guess my concern is how long the pivot pins would take to reef out the frame and make for a sloppy knife. The locking system looks like it would compensate for the wear but long term use looks iffy.

Thoughts? Handling experience?

Cheers
