CRKT Ultima or SOG Gov-tac?

I'm going to buy another "tactical" look fixed blade(I already have Ka-bar KA-1211 ) and I have difficulties choosing between CRKT Ultima and SOG Gov-tac(Black TiNi).

Gov-tac looks better to me, but sheat don't have many carrying options and it can apparently even hurt the knife .

Ultima is quite ugly look, but it's full tang and better sheat(?).

Does anyone have experiences? Which one is better?

I have an Ultima, and it's not a bad knife. Fits well in the hand and all that, but the blade shape does not lend itself to being a very friendly user. If I had to do it again I'd go with the Gov-tac, but I don't own one now so I can't tell you for sure. SOG makes good stuff though.
