Yeah guy ... you read right .... a CRKT with the round Spydie opening hole.
What I mean in the CRKT Ryan Model 7 knife.
Got mine 'bout 2 weeks ago and while i was playing with it, i tried to open the EXTREAMELY large thumb stud and ...... wholah !!! the open hole (where the thumb stud used to be) resembles a Spydie round hole ... and works great but its slightly a little bit small to open the massively heavy blade. (leverage is right since its located at the same location as the thumb stud)
Thinking 'bout making the hole just a tad larger ... the down side to this is that i can't fit in the thumb studs again ... well i'm still thinking ......
Any one thought or tried this too ??? Opinions welcome before i try this on mine ... thanks in advance.
