Well, noticed a zytel handled M16 at my local wally world today. It was the smaller tanto blade version; For $20! So of course I had to check it out.
Well I only looked at two because neither locked up. At all. You had to sit there playing with it for about a minute to get the blade positioned just rightfor the liner to engauge. Is this typical of the zytel handled models? I've handled a number of the alum handled variety at various retailers and all seemed very solid and functional. These wally world zytel versions, though, god I hope nobody buys any because they are just dangerous!
