I'de lile to buy a little knife to put in my purse or in my bag for an every day use. As I Don't have a lot of money i tought about a CRKT KISS. Do you have any pros ans cons about this one?

Thanks.

I have the 24k KISS and do like it (except can't carry it on planes). The opening actions was a bit tight for me (most knives are) so I loosened it a bit....a bit too much. Cut my finger in my pocket because it opened on me. So, I tightened it back up. The chisel ground blade is a bit to get used to. Never feels sharp (but ask my finger if it is sharp or not). Even after having the edge "touched" up by our resident sharpening pro, it still doesn't cut those little plastic tag fasteners off new clothes.

All in all, a nice little knife. Just don't except it to do all things.

I got a P.E.C.K. for my father and he loves it. Very handy but also very small.

You might also want to look into a Kershaw Chive or a SOG Sculptura. I gave my boss a Chive (God, I should keep some of these knives) and it's great. Really solid knife.

You might be better getting one of the smaller sheath knifes from CRKT.
I've tried the neck PECK and It's real light. However I found the sheath holds the knife in too hard and may be hard on fingers to take out.
I've swap that for the F4. It's great because although it's slightly heavier than the neck PECK, it holds a great edge, decently small, and you can probably utilize the clip to clip it to pockets inside your purse. I found the flat grind better than chisel grind as it's easier to sharpen yourself.
Although I never tried the KISS, I'd think they're not that good of an idea because like Ron@SOG said, if you loosen it, it might open on you.
Columbia River makes some nice knifes in good price ranges, I'd think you'll find something you'll like.

hey you can get an S2 from www.eknifeworks.com for about 30 USD. its a titanium frame knife, integral lock (frame lock whatveer) and ats-34 steel. im not sure if they are in stock, but its a great deal

its worth the money, if i didnt have to save up for another knife ive pre ordered, id be getting one of those, its CRKT as well if you didnt know

I ordered one of the CRKT S2 from SMKW and it is a nice little knife especially for what SMKW is selling them for at the moment.
It is much more knife for about the same amount of money.
