Croatia, Europe knife laws?

Ok so basic question. Someone in Europe, Croatia to be exact, won a contest I had. They won a Kershaw Leek. I just to make sure I wont get in trouble for sending it there.

if I was sending it I would just put down on the customs form a pocket knife. that is what it is right?

Yah its just a Kershaw Leek folding knife. I just dont want to get in trouble if its illegal.
