I hate to bring it up...I know it's probably a tired subject in here...but has anyone had any success in locating decent still photos of THAT KNIFE from the first two movies? Or with contacting John Bowring in Australia? I did the search and came up empty, so I thought I'd bring it up again.
I've been in touch with the Spencers, who sent him a letter by post on my behalf, but it hasn't proved fruitfull as yet. I'm hoping someone on here might know something I don't. Looking for any good photo references, measurements, et cetera. Of course, if any of you know John Bowring personally and might be willing and able to nudge him into cranking out one more, or sharing his materials (if they've been located), there's a first-born it it for you.
