As Dundee famously said,"That's [the little Austrailian Pigsticker] not a knife---this is a knife!!!"

New acquisition---almost as big as a Frank Buck Custom. It weighs 1 pound 5 ounces.

With the mirror polished blade it is not easy to photograph. The lines on the blade are a reflection of my T&G ceiling. Haven't decided yet whether to polish the guard and pommel. This is an old Custom.

Thats a model 919 Apache Bowie right? I was looking at pictures of both the 919 and the 909 Mountain bowie and they basically look the same except the 909 is longer.
I love the lines on that model bowie, very nice! (I dont mean the lines reflected from your cieling. :) )

Nice score Tele,

I love the looks of the little 919 & Big 909 bowies. Most folks just don't know how big the 909 Mountain bowies are. Take a look at the one in the photo below with a large 903 just above it. Now you need to get one of the very cool HD gold etched 909's....Sweet.

Here's my 909s one needs a cleaning too and the other need a handle and I'm working on getting one put on it soon... When I saw JB's, I had to have one... ITE ...
