Well, I have yet to see Crocodile Dundee, but I've heard about the part where the crook pulls out an auto and demands money, and Dun-dee pulls out a HUGE knife and says "You call that a knife?"

What's Dundee's knife? And what's the auto?

I think the auto is a switch blade, and Dundee carries a large Bowie. The scean goes more like this: The woman says 'Do what he says, he's got a knife.' then Dundee says 'That's not a knife, (draws his knife) this is a knife.' the crook then runs away. The better one is in the second movie when the guy with a mohawk asks what the odds are of him making it out of there with his coat. he procedes to throw his knife and sticks it through his mohawk into a beam in the building, and says 'Better than average'

I might be kind of stupid (sorry mom!

), but doesn't throwing your knife at a building leave you pretty much defenseless?

I guess the old "Crock" wasn't all that bright, after-all, huh?.

You haven't seen it? Wow. Easily one of the most well-known knife scenes in cinematic history- probaly THE most... moreso than that stupid scene in Psycho. So what are you waiting for??? Go rent it!

Not a GREAT movie, but worth a few chuckles.

My only problem with this film is that it led a whole lot of impressionable kids to think that if you whip out a large, scary knife, then the punks will be scared off. I wonder how many of these kids have been cut up with those knives? You never, ever escalate to the use or threat of deadly force unless you are prepared, phisically and mentally, to use it, for it will surely be used against you. Never, ever pull a knife unless you are fully prepared to use it!

I believe that Dundee's blade was the old Western Bowie, but I could be wrong, I usually am wrong, just ask my girlfriend.
